Yeah, it's been a couple of months, but I figured I might as well squeeze in one last post for the year 2009.
I'm getting close to the end of my Christmas break. BYU gives us about two weeks, which seems short, but we finish the semester in the middle of April, so I don't complain. I have managed to read almost six books in my days of relaxation at home. They are: I Am Not a Serial Killer, In the Company of Angels, The Maze Runner, The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and Dragons of the Hourglass Mage. All of them are really great. I can't get over the Hunger Games! And I can't believe that I'm going to have to wait until this coming summer to read the last book of the series! At least school will keep me busy until then.
So, let's get into the groove of the New Year. Anybody up for some New Year's Resolutions? I think I forget them by the end of the year, but whatever.
First of all, I'm going to finish writing that stinking book. If I hadn't been such a genius and forgotten my power cord for my computer, I would have probably done less reading and more writing. It was probably a good thing for me to spend less time on my computer. But yes, I'm definitely going to finish the book even if it's terrible. And I want to be done with it by May at the latest.
That's really the only thing that I'm itching to get done. Oh, I also want to start entering some writing contests. We'll see how that goes.
Happy New Year!
